TryThisOn allows users to virtually try on garments using images. The service relies on the FASHN.AI API for image processing. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• TryThisOn is not affiliated with FASHN.AI and cannot guarantee its performance.
• Results generated by the AI may vary, and we are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or undesired outcomes (“AI mess-ups”).

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the images you upload comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on any third-party rights. Do not use the app for any illegal or prohibited purposes.

4. Refund Policy

Due to service provider terms and the costs associated with AI processing, all payments are final, and no refunds will be issued.

6. Data Collection

We respect your privacy. TryThisOn only collects and stores essential user login information (such as email addresses) to manage accounts and provide access to the app.

7. Data Usage

Uploaded images and garment data are processed through the FASHN.AI API. We do not store or retain these images. We do not share your login data or any information with third parties, except as required for app functionality or by law.

8. Third-Party Services

TryThisOn uses the FASHN.AI API for virtual try-ons. By using our app, you agree to their terms and acknowledge that we are not responsible for their services or actions.
